Absolutely. All our maids are background-checked, professionally trained, and committed to delivering high-quality, respectful service in your home.

For full-time services, cleaning products are not typically included. However, if you need assistance with supplies, we’re more than happy to help arrange something that works for you.
Payment for annual services is required in advance, and we kindly ask for at least one month’s notice if you wish to cancel. If your booking is for a shorter term, please contact us directly if you need to cancel or reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

You are welcome to stay home during the service or step out, whichever is most comfortable for you. If you will not be home, please make sure to provide clear instructions for entry along with any tasks you would like to get done.
