EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This Employment Agreement (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of June 27, 2026, by and between:

A. Harmony Homes, a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of Dubai, UAE, with its principal place of business at Dubai, United Arab Emirates (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”); and
B. Employee (hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”), whose particulars are as set out in Appendix A.

Collectively referred to as the "Parties".

1. Definitions

• Monthly Hours means 178 hours.
• Overtime Hours means any hours worked in a month which are more than Monthly Hours.
• Probationary Period has the meaning given to such term in Clause 3.2.
• Start Date has the meaning given to such term in Schedule 1.
• UAE Law means the laws of the Emirates of Dubai, and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirates of Dubai.

2. Appointment, Duties, and Working Hours

1. Position and Duties
   The Company hereby employs the Employee in the capacity of a cleaner. The Employee agrees to diligently perform all duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company and to comply with the Company’s policies and procedures.
2. Place of Work
   The Employee’s primary place of work shall be at the Company’s designated location(s) in Dubai, UAE, or such other location as may be reasonably required.
3. Working Hours
   • a. The Employee is required to work for eight (8) chargeable hours per day, six (6) days a week. The weekly day off would be decided at the discretion of the Company.
   • b. The Company reserves the right to apply flexible and weekly shift arrangements at its absolute discretion, provided that the total monthly working hours do not exceed 178 hours per month. The Company may alter the working days and hours of the Employee and may require work outside official hours or during the weekly rest day.
   • c. Any additional hours beyond Monthly Hours shall be considered Overtime.

3. Term and Probation Period

1. Fixed Term
   This Agreement is a fixed term contract for two (2) years from the Start Date, unless terminated earlier. Early departure will result in the Employee being declared absconded, with responsibility for all Company-incurred costs, fees, and lost profits.
2. Probation
   A three (3) month probationary period from the Start Date applies, extendable by another three (3) months. During this time, termination may occur with minimal notice as per UAE Law. Completion with no complaints qualifies the Employee for benefits under Clause 5.

4. Remuneration

1. Salary
   Monthly salary of AED 2,200:
   • Basic Salary: AED 1,320
   • Housing and Food Allowances: AED 680
2. Payment Date
   Salary shall be paid electronically on the 27th of each month.

5. Benefits

1. Eligibility
   Employee is eligible for benefits per UAE Law and Company schemes.
2. Exclusion of Family-Related Benefits
   • a. Benefits apply solely to the Employee.
   • b. No spousal or family-related benefits, unless explicitly stated.

6. Employee Representations and Undertakings

1. Representations
   The Employee represents that:
   • a. They are a person of determination over 18 years old.
   • b. They have legal capacity and willingly enter this Agreement.
   • c. They have no criminal record or misconduct-related terminations.
   • d. They are fit to perform duties under this Agreement.
2. Undertaking
   • a. Perform duties diligently and honestly.
   • b. No other employment during this contract.
   • c. Comply with UAE Law, Company policies, and ethics.
   • d. No freelance or side work offered outside the Company.
   • e. Protect confidentiality and Company/client intellectual property.
   • f. Follow service protocols and complete training.

7. Visa and Employment Documentation

• a. Company bears visa costs only for Employee. No family visas provided.
• b. Employee must submit required documents, including clearance and release letters.
• c. Any prior fines/issues must be cleared by the Employee.

8. Termination

• a. Termination governed by UAE Law.
• b. Company may terminate with thirty (30) days' notice.

9. Miscellaneous

1. Amendments
   Must be in writing and signed by both Parties.
2. Entire Agreement
   This is the full and final agreement.
3. Severability
   If one part is invalid, the rest remain effective.
4. Notices
   Must be written and sent to registered addresses or emails.
5. Conditionality
   Agreement is void if visa/medical clearance is not obtained.

10. Non-Contracting and Termination for Cause

1. Non-Contracting
   No direct or indirect service contracts outside the Company.
2. Termination for Cause
   Immediate termination if:
   • a. Agreement terms are breached
   • b. Employee offers outside services
   • c. Engages in other work or gigs
   • d. Fails to follow UAE Law or Company protocols
3. Repayment Obligation
   Employee must repay bonuses and cover costs incurred due to breach or termination for cause.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by UAE Law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
